Frederick has a combined 20 years of experience in real estate and business operations. As a successful real estate expert, Frederick was recognized as a member of the million-dollar club for multiple years. His experience in the real estate spans beyond sales and  includes property and asset management, teaching first-time home buyer seminars, and providing consultation for real estate startups specializing in housing rehabilitation and real estate investment.

 

In addition to his award-winning experience in real estate,  Frederick has extensive experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He has applied knowledge in business development, operations management, vendor relations and regulatory  compliance and a proven record of building business and  community relationships, growing revenue, and driving positive business growth. His business leadership has spanned multiple  industries including specialty retail, real estate, transportation, and logistics.

Frederick takes pride in [providing VIP level customer service to everyone] and is passionate about [creating high value business and community relationships]. Frederick is a graduate of Lincoln Trail College and Liberty University. He focuses on operational excellence within three key areas.
